What is SECRETARY?

SECRETARY is an AI work assistant that handles recurring digital tasks on your Windows computer. Describe the work in your own words through the web panel. SECRETARY runs the task at the time you choose, works with your files and connected applications, and reports the result through WhatsApp or Telegram.

Why did we build it?

Businesses often lose more time to small recurring tasks than to major projects. Checking email, processing documents, updating spreadsheets, and preparing reports matter, but they do not always require human attention. We built SECRETARY as a work tool that performs these tasks instead of merely explaining how to do them.

How does it work?

Describe the work, its schedule, and the expected result in your own words. The system turns that description into a draft with steps, required applications, and approval points. After you approve it, the task is installed on your computer. When the work finishes, SECRETARY reports the result and writes a closing report to the task folder. It can also work with Excel, Word, and PDF files alongside connected applications.

Our principles

You remain in control. An unapproved task never runs on a computer. For applications placed behind approval, write actions such as sending, creating records, and deleting wait for your decision. Application actions without approval, live WhatsApp replies, and web actions explicitly requested in the task run without waiting. The approval scope is shown before setup.

Data flows are explained clearly. Your files open on your computer, and generated reports are written to the same device. Connected application operations and AI calls pass through our server. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored permanently and what is held temporarily during processing. You sign in with Google, and your Google password is never sent to us.

Results are verified against records. Evidence is checked before a task step is marked complete. Work that could not be completed, or was completed with gaps, is reported with a reason. AI can make mistakes, so you should review outputs before making important decisions.

Usage is transparent. Every plan includes monthly usage credit equal to its price. Tasks pause when the credit is used up, without overage charges or debt. Every charge appears as a separate line in the panel.

Your workspace remains available. SECRETARY runs tasks in the background without opening windows or using your mouse. QR codes, permission pages, or sign-in windows appear only during connection steps that you start.

Who is it for?

SECRETARY is designed for businesses and professionals with recurring computer work such as reviewing email, processing invoices, preparing Excel reports, creating documents, or collecting files through WhatsApp. Installation requires a computer running Windows 10 or Windows 11. The service is available only to users aged 18 or older.
